Father's Day

This past weekend was Paul's first Father's Day! I really hope that he had a great day. Hailey bought him some new crocs...yes Paul wears crocs. Hailey is so fortunate to have an amazing dad. He loves her more than anything in life.

We were at Paul's mom and dads this past weekend for the Annual Father's Day Gathering. We got some cute shots Makenna and Hailey.

We had such a busy day Sunday celebrating Father's Day. Hailey was sitting outside with me and I noticed that she was rubbing her eyes, so I knew that it was about 6:30 (bedtime is between 6:30 & 7:30). Well a few minutes later, I looked and she had her arm on mine and her head on her hand.

Hailey is now a little over 5 1/2 months old. How time has flown. Hailey has been teething again. She already has her bottom 2 teeth.

Crazy!!!

Ok, so let me being by saying that my sister bought Hailey an "My Aunt Jamie love me" onsie before she was even born. I sent her a picture of Hailey wearing it the other day because it is starting to get to small and I know that she is not going to be able to wear it much longer. When I sent her the picture, she sent me a text back to sent it to Brian's (her boyfriend) phone because her phone wasn't working. Well when he say it later that morning he sent me a text saying "Where's her I love Brian onsie". So I sent one back saying, "She is growing out of her Aunt Jamie onsie. You can buy her an I love my sisters boyfriend Brian onsie. LOL" Well he did......below are pictures of both onsies.

Let me also add that it says, "I love my Aunt Jamie's "Boyfriend" Brian.....with Boyfriend in quotes because I was giving Brian a hard time that Hailey was not allowable to call him Uncle yet. She could call him Uncle Brian when they got married.....even though they have been dating for almost 4 years. Sorry Bry

I have been sitting here looking at the last 5 months worth of Hailey pictures and if you know me, that is ALOT of pictures. Here is a picture of Hailey when she was first born and a picture of her now. It is so remarkable to see the changes that have taken place in just 5 months.

I can't believe that my baby girl is going to be 5 months old tomorrow. Where has the last 5 months gone? I can't even imagine my life with out her. She makes me smile every minute of every day. As a full-time working mom, I don't get the joy of seeing her all day long. When I get home, I don't want to do anything else from the time I pick her up about 3 or so until the time that she goes to bed (btwn 6:30 and 7:30) but play with her and lay with her. I rarely talk to anyone on the phone during that time because that is Hailey time.

A look back:

She rolled over for the first time Memorial Day weekend and is now rolling over all the time. She rolls over and alot of the time gets frustrated because she can't go anywhere. You can she her moving her legs/knees when she is on her tummy....she is so ready to move.

We have started feeding Hailey cereal with a spoon. We practice her eating with a spoon twice a day on the weekends. She is getting better and better with each feeding.

Hailey now has her two bottom front teeth.

Hailey's hair is growing longer and longer. It is so pretty.
