On October 24th, I had to go to our Morrisville, NC office for AED training. While I was there, the wonderful people that I work with gave me a SURPRISE shower. Oh how I hate surprises, but it was so nice of them to share in our excitement of the anticipation of our new little girl. We had cake and ice cream and celebrated the upcoming arrival of our new little girl. We received some wonderful gifts but mostly Target gift cards, which will come in handy for buying diapers and formula. My supervisor, Nancy, also made me a diaper cake (see picture below).
